We arrange itineraries for you

Finding somewhere of interest that suits your year group and curriculum can be a real issue. If you are looking for a trip relating to Government, History, Science, or a combination, our experienced staff can provide additional options.

How long till we get there?

Organising where to be at what time and how long it takes to visit and get to the next venue is all pre-arranged to ensure you get to experience what you came for.

Venue arrangements

We make arrangements with the venues you are visiting – just decide where you wish to go and we do the rest.

Accommodation

Caravan parks, camping grounds, school camps, motels, you decide where you wish to stay and we do the rest for you.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon teas, drink stops, we know the drill. All options are discussed with you in the planning stages.

We are a Licensed Travel Agent

(31265) which ensures we meet additional requirements beyond the average coach operator.

to ensure everything is organised, we use a shared tick sheet. Have we completed this?... have you sorted that out? As organising trips such as this is a daily activity for us, and an irregular one for you, this ensures that we all know the status.

Organised

Organising all the people at your end and ensuring that they have everything they need is a big job. You can be assured that, once on board, everything else is arranged and organised to the finest detail. Your responsibility is to your students, ours is to ensure the trip is incident-free.

You do this once a year, we do it daily

Coordinating and arranging school trips is a daily activity for us, so don't add to your own work load, hand it over to us.

Features of our fleet

• Safety – Seat belt-fitted coaches are available on request
• Videos to keep your charges entertained along the way - bring your own tapes or we can arrange a selection to meet your requirements
• Toilets - although toilet stops are built into the schedule, sometimes these are not enough, so coaches with onboard toilets are available on request to ensure that accidents don't happen
• Cloth seats and trim are cool and comfortable, and ensure that passengers don't sweat or slide around on seats
• Large luggage space - above seats and cavernous storage bins below
